Diginamic IT Services aims to provide high-quality digital marketing and web services. Our work involves time-based effort, custom strategies, and digital deliverables, and therefore, this Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. Services Covered
This policy applies to all services provided by Diginamic IT Services, including:
- Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM, Google Ads, etc.)
- Website Design & Development
- Graphic Design & Branding
- Content Creation
- Advertising Campaign Management
- Maintenance & Support Services
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Project-Based Services
For full project contracts (websites, branding, custom campaigns):
- Cancellations must be made before the project starts.
- Once work has begun, cancellation is allowed, but refunds are not guaranteed.
- Any completed work, hours spent, and resources used will be deducted from the advance payment.
2.2. Monthly Retainer/Ongoing Services
For monthly recurring services (social media, SEO, ads, etc.):
Cancellations require 7–15 days of prior notice before the next billing cycle. Payments already made for the ongoing cycle cannot be cancelled or refunded.
2.3. Immediate Cancellations
Diginamic IT Services reserves the right to cancel services if:
- Client violates terms of service
- Client engages in abusive or fraudulent activity
- Client fails to provide the required information for project completion
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. Non-refundable Services
Since digital marketing and development services involve time, planning, and labour, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
3.2. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be considered only under the following rare circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Service not initiated from our side within 24 hour
- Technical error causing payment issues
3.3. No Refunds For
We provide no refunds when:
- Partial work is delivered
- The project is in its initial phase
- Change of mind (customers)
- Delays caused due to client-side approvals or missing information
- Results not matching expectations (marketing outcomes can never be guaranteed)
4. Quality Assurance
If you are unhappy with a delivery:
- We offer revisions as per the service package
- We work with you to fix issues or improve output
Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction alone, but we ensure appropriate corrections.
5. Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Processing time is 5–10 business days
- Refund will be sent through the original payment method
