Shipping/Digital Delivery Policy

Diginamic IT Services provides 100% digital marketing services. We do not sell or ship any physical products. All deliverables, services, reports, creatives, and files are delivered digitally only.
1. Delivery Method
All services and project deliverables are provided through:
- Google Drive, Dropbox, or other cloud links
- Online project management tools (if and when applicable)
- Website access or credentials (for web development services)
No physical shipping or courier services are used.
2. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines depend on the type of service, customers purchase:
- Digital marketing services → As per project plan and service agreement
- Website development → Based on agreed milestones
- Graphics, creatives, ads → Delivered within the timeline shared during project onboarding
- Monthly reports → Delivered digitally at the end of each service cycle
We notify clients in advance if any delay is expected.
3. No Shipping Charges
Because all products and services are delivered electronically:
- There are NO shipping fees
- There is NO physical delivery time
4. Access to Digital Deliverables
Clients will receive:
- Direct download links
- Passwords or login details (if and when necessary)
- File attachments (if file size permits)
We recommend clients download and safely store files once received.
5. Delivery Issues
If you face any issues in receiving digital deliverables, it is probably when:
- Your file is not opening
- Your link expired
- Your access denied
- Your email has not been received
Please contact us immediately, and we will resend the files or restore access.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Delivery-related refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Since services are digital and often customised, refunds may not always be applicable once work has begun.
